the location is really convenient. it is close to many train stations. this made travel around the area easy. having a convenience store in the building was a bonus.
the bed was too firm. the pillow was uncomfortable. i should have ask for alternative pillows at reception. the room was small. it was a little hard to open two cases in the room.

I liked the staff. They were GREAT and helpful always. My room got cleaned EVERY day. Fresh towels got provided daily. The 7-Eleven being connected was very convenient for snacks.
the public bath had limited hours.

i liked the public bath and the 7-eleven. the onsen was great after a long day out. the 7-eleven on the first floor was convenient for getting water and snacks.
The cleaning staff put trash bags along the hallway outside guest doors daily. this happened during cleaning time. It lasted for hours. the ac is not auto on in the room. every time i got in and out i had to reset it.

i found the location very convenient. a 7-eleven store is located downstairs, useful for quick purchases. the hotel's public bath was a great feature. i used it daily to relax after sightseeing (it closes late!).
the ac wasn't automatically on when i entered my room. i had to reset it each time, a minor inconvenience.
